Your Ho-ost Account
You may only have one personal account. You may not sell or transfer your account. If you own multiple businesses, you may request to open multiple accounts.
Ho-ost reserves the right to refuse service to anyone any time for any reason and to terminate a service at any time in advance of a notice sent within 24 hours.
Cancellation: You can request cancellation either for immediate termination or end of the billing period. This is irreversible and your service will be terminated.
Suspension: We automatically redirect your website to a suspension notice and revoke all access to your data or server until the suspension has been resolved.
Termination: We remove all service data and backups, cancel automatic invoices and server resources are released back into stock for future customers servers.
You may deposit credit to pay invoices or you may be awarded it for overpayment or sla agreement. You agree to forfeit any credit(s) if your account is closed.
Your account information must match the information provided to our payment processor or you will be asked to confirm your identity with a Government ID.
Payments And Billing
You agree to provide Ho-ost with the appropriate payment to for any services you have purchased in advance of the period of which your services are active for.
You agree that until cancelled, your services will continue to be billed on a recurring basis, including subscriptions with our linked payment processors.
Ho-ost will automatically generate an invoice prior to your due date, and you will have until the due date to make payment. We do not charge a late fee.
Failure to make invoice payment on time will result in automatic account suspension and gives Ho-ost the right to terminate your account at any time.
Chargebacks and disputes will result in suspension of all services on the account and until resolved, you will be prohibited from placing any new orders. Your account services will be automatically suspended and you agree that your services may be terminated without compensation, and that your details may be forwarded to the appropriate collection agency to collect outstanding payments.
30 Day Refund Guarantee:
Ho-ost offers a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee for our shared, reseller and virtual services. Services not within these categories are disqualified from this guarantee, including but not limited to: domain names, additional IP addresses. Our money back guarantee is eligible for only one order per customer and will be rejected if there has been a breach of any clause set in these Terms of Service. Payments made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
It may take up to 7 business days for us to process valid refund requests. You’ll be notified whether your refund request is valid within 48 hours of contacting us.
Network Availability Guarantee:
Ho-ost guarantees 99.95% uptime on its network. If the network is unavailable for more than 15 consecutive minutes, customers can apply for a service credit based on a pro-rated monthly fee equal to the length of the outage. You must apply for service credit within 5 business days of the outage via support ticket.
Ho-ost will notify the customer of any scheduled maintenance in advance of at least twenty four (24) hours. You may monitor our maintenance notices here.
