Children Online Privacy Protection Act
To register and use services from Ho-ost Internet Solutions Limited, you must be 18 or older. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted. We do not store personal data relating to children.
What Personal Information Is Collected?
Upon registration, you will be asked to provide:
Your full legal name
Your billing address
Your email address
Your phone number
Your IP address(es)
Your PayPal country
Your date of birth
How you found us
Any sub-accounts or contacts are required to provide the same information under the “contacts” subsection of our client area. We use this information to create an account on file for you, linking all of your transactions, invoices and services to your own personal client area. This enables us to process your orders and/or transactions automatically. We may also use this information to identify your account or services during support correspondence and to send follow up emails.
We are required to store relevant billing information for up to six years after the end of the accounting period in which an invoice is paid in relation to the personal information at question, in accordance to UK company and tax laws. We automatically log your IP address and any IP address(es) used to access your account when you log in, make an order or change any details within your account. We may keep copies of any correspondence(s) for training purposes.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We use regular Malware Scanning and your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible with your consent by a limited number of persons. All information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and an external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all credit card transactions, meaning we do not store or have access to any credit card details.
Retrieve Data We've Collected On You
You may request us to provide a machine readable document containing all of the personal information about you collected and retained on our servers. In order to process such request, we do require you to verify your identity and any request may be subject to a fee of £10 to cover the costs of making these details available.
Delete Data We've Collected On You
You may formally request your personal information to be removed from our servers verbally or in writing. All requests will be responded to within 30 days. We cannot process requests when there is legal basis for retaining said customers information. Our company is registered in the UK, therefore all relevant billing information must be documented and retained for 6 years after the end of the accounting date of said year. If you have purchased a service in the prior six years, we are legally required to retain your information, and your request will be denied. If your request is denied, you will be told the date when we are no longer are legally required to retain your personal information. If you have no prior services, we have no legal basis for retaining your information and it will be permanently removed from our system.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. This does not include website hosting partners and parties who assist us in operating our website(s), conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. At our discretion, we may offer or include third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent policies, and are not owned or operated by Ho-ost Internet Solutions Limited.
CAN SPAM Act & Opt-In Marketing
To be in accordance with CAN SPAM, we agree to: not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses, identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way, include the physical address of our business headquarters, monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used, honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly and allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email and within the client panel. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, follow the instructions at the bottom of each email or “Opt-out” from the Ho-ost client panel. By default, all accounts will be in an “Opt-out” state and will not receive marketing emails.
